FQ-300 Parts....available yet?

This info was taken from member FQ300, who actually has an FQ.

The exhaust system is a cat back HKS Super Drager.

The air filter element is a green HKS item.

The Intercooler upgrade an HKS solid pipe kit connected with HKS silicone hoses.

Not sure if any of these parts are available yet for the US evo, where you can get them, or if any dealers on these boards can get these parts. Please post any information regarding these parts here or anything I'm missing here.

Here's a pic of the engine bay.

is that some sort of oil line above the manifold? I've seen that on a lot of EVO pictures but wondered why it wasnt on the VIII

[edit] after looking at it futher, it looks like it has something to do with the BOV.

it is an air system which is used for initial spool up on the turbo, minimizes lag, and i believe we dont have it either do to cost or emissions.. sucks but oh well.

It's the antilag system which is NOT turned on for the street car.

ah, I've heard that anti-lag is rough on the turbo, and they do not last long if used. Why would they leave that on the car then?

A number of cars must be produced in the same configuration as the rally car.

It really is of no use on a street car.
