what goes here?

i was looking under my hood and on the top front divers side of the motor it looks like theres a fitting for a vac. hose, its about 2 inches long, and theres nothing connected to it.

your gonna need to post a pic. that is to general of a statement. it could be the vac line that goes to your DV (bov)

Off the valve cover or black metal tube next to it. If it is the black metal tube it connects to your DV/BOV. If thats the case you car shoul have 1 heck of a boost leak. If its the Valve cover it connects to your intake tube

it has a hks intake. is the hose not being there going to hurt anything?

is ur car slow, cause it seems like u have a huge boost leak. is it capped of or anything?

it seemed slower then usuall. idk if you read my other thread but hte motor blew up. im just trying to get some ideas as what would of caused it and that sticked out like a sore thumb.

all the damage is internal. im waiting till wensday or thursday to bring it to the shop the dealer is asking me to take it to. i well get pics of the engine bay tomorrow incase ur eyes can see something mine cant.

cap off the intake and put a breather on your valve cover, youll be fine.

There's a hose that goes from that fitting to the intake, on the backside of the intake by the BOV fitting.
Kinda hard to see if you have the BOV hose on..

That sucks about the blown motor.. my condolences..

i just noticed something in the last pic. look to the right of the oil filter about 4 inches and go up. something looks torn up preaty bad. can anyone tell what it is?
