Removing Seat Belt Sides - Any Experience?

Ok, I just finished painting the front insides sides of the car and the rear backs as ever since I got the car, it has bugged me they were a cream/white color.

I have everything done, but I can't get the ones behind the seat belt off the seat belt - anyone removed these and can help?

This part:

I tried unbolting the seatbelt from the floor but the bolt stays in the eye hole and even if I could get it out, I wont be able to get the seat belt guide near your shoulder through the side to get it out to paint it.

I am doing the same thing this guy was doing with his Lancer, but in the Evo.

Download the FSM from a post ^^^ and hunt through it

IMHO the top part of the seatbelt probable is a cover that can pop off revealing a bolt so you can pull that whole assembly out...
