Installing A Wideband Sensor Where my CAT used to be...
I have a Megan Racing Downpipe, Catless Midpipe and Catback system.
the Catback has a bung for an o2 sensor, and so does the catless midpipe.
I have been using the bung in the catback for my stock o2 sensor with the spacer trick to fool my ECU so I don't get a CEL from not having a CAT.
The bung in the catless midpipe has a plug in it, it is not used.
I was thinking of making life easy and installing my autometer wideband sensor there. Is this a good idea?
I figured since I don't have a CAT it would work fine.
I know AMS tuned my car by sticking a sniffer up the tail pipe because I didn't have the wideband when I got it tuned a month ago.

I crawled under the car today to take a look. It looks like the catless pipe I have can be put on either front to back, or back to front (there is no right or wrong way) The bung for the sensor will either be in the back, or in the front. do you guys have any idea of which one would be easier for clearing the sensor so it wont hit the body?
