i used to let the boy im with drive my evo. until he told me he got worst driver superlative his senior year. then i was wondering why, realized he crashed his car 3 times in the past year. now he doesnt drive it. clearlyyy girls are better driverss

Ha, yeah my ex said pretty much the same thing when I bought my Evo. "Why are you getting an Evo? All those guys are huge jerks!" Then I was like.....well yeah.

 

Hey at least EVO driver guys know how to drive stick... I love the guys who think they are soooo cool driving their fake sports cars that are um... automatic??? really????!!

 

Just like they are betterrrr typerrs... What is with that multi-letter ending on words? My sister does it too.

Anyway, most girls are better drivers because of the boys that taught them I know three girls I've dated can probably out-drive the guys they've been with since then.

And it is YOUR responsibility as the girl with the Evo to teach him "slow in, fast out" anyway. We are talking about cars right?

Knowing how to drive stick is one thing... Driving an automatic sports car is another, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't laugh at someone driving a GTR, or a X MR. Now if it's a Hyundai Tiburon... well... it doesn't matter if it is auto or manual.

 

Me and my buddy both pulled up to a local meet letting our girls drive ours lol o the looks the girls got.

 

My girl loves the Evo...she wants one herself but she is lazy and doesn't even have a job.

I let her try to drive it once. Killed it first time, let her try again, slipped the clutch hardcore and that was it.

Gonna go teach her how to drive in her mom's BMW now

 

If she is going to take your car and abuse it, that says something about how much respect she has for you.

I have let my bro take my car to the track, because I know he will not abuse it too much and if he does wreck it, he will fix it. He lets me drive his Porsche and motorcycles for the same reason. I do not let my other bros drive it, because they are a bunch of @sshats.

My wapce has never asked to drive the Evo, because she is scared of it. If she did drive it, I know she would drive it in a mature fashion.

Of course I still would not let her drive it

 

My wife and I cruise both Evo's around a lot. WW MR & TB SE. We get a lot of double takes...it's fun.

haha idk i guess its a girl way of typing.

 

Welp, it's official...today (er, yesterday since it's after midnight) my gf drove the Evo for the first time. And wow, she did an absolutely incredible job! I wasn't scared in the least...feeling her floor the car was absolutely amazing.

And after, all she could say was "aw, no fair," because her car doesn't do the same

My sister knows how to drive manual... i let her try and she was good.. not bad at all.. so then i let my wife try it.. stalled 3 times.. tried to explain.. stalled again.. guess i need to buy a cheap beater to teach her first!

 

my gF is luckily one of the few that can drive descently. She drives a tC that has a manual transmission so she is alright. And the only time she gets to go fast is if i say its ok.
