A $1000 deductible is extremely high. That's going to be a toss up between going through your insurance or paying out of pocket. I feel for you though.

Man that makes me feel sick. I would most likely cry if that happened. But before I did that I would hunt down the vandal and vandalize them.

1K deductable is a lot. And I am surprised they do not cover your glass though. Who do you use?

I hope you can at least find out who did it and get some sort of justice. I also wish you luck on getting things fixed quickly. Definitely garage the Evo from now on though.

I've never heard of a carrier that won't cover a front windshield. There is usually no deductible on that either. Side glass is another story. Double check that with your provider because that doesn't sound right. You could also use the home coverage since it was in the driveway I'm guessing. If all else fails I have all the glass you need, so send me a pm. I'll help ya out.... I hate hearing stories about vandalism. Best of luck.

my car got keyed back on my birthday my mirrors also both got kicked off. i was in the same situation $1000 deductible. if you can try to find one of your buddys who knows someone with a body shop thats what i did and they saved me 300 on my deductible by charging my insurance more so i had to pay less. i mean $300 isnt all that much but it helped
