For everyone asking for updates/charges/etc. The OP hasn't worked here in a while, so I have no idea what finally came of this.
Yeah not sure if it's a west-coast thing, cowboy mentality, or if AZ just has a lot of nut jobs; but I'm amazed at all the crazy drivers out here.
