yes the exhaust is a full 3" and there is a slight drone but not unbearable. At WOT it sounds sick and at cruise it's mellow until the beast is released...

Have one and I love the tone of it... not overly loud and I could feel a pretty good difference after install. I don't even drive my car in the rain, so I can't tell you about the snow and salt lol. It's quality stuff though... and like the other guy said, PM Zeus about it.. he's got the best prices.
