o2 sensor for Evo 9

Anyone know where to get an aftermarket o2 sensor for the evo 9. I am not talking about the evo 8, which can use a universal Bosch. Does anyone know if evo 9 owners can use the universal Bosch for the evo 8? Couldn't find it anywhere on this forum. Any help is welcomed.

If its a 4 wire then yes you can use a universal o2 sensor. Just make sure you connect everything the way it should go. Use some soder; trust me I learned the hard way.

Umm I used a sensor from an 02 Eclipse, actually I found it laying around the shop. Its for the rear. My heater circuit went. You do have to but the connector off and use your stock one but it works fine otherwise. No codes or anything yet, its been 4 months and 1000 miles.

I think I will try the universal Bosch that people use for their 8. All the o2 sensors for the evo 8 and 9 have different part numbers, that's why I wasn't sure if it could be used. Anyone know why that is?
