i put the injen intercooler pipes and intake on and some other small stuff and noticed that my boost on hits up to 19 then drops off to about 17-18 in higher rpm is that normal or do i have a small boost leak somewhere??????????? i searched all the pipes and vacuum lines with some soapy water and couldnt find a thing.

 

assuming you are running a stock tune yes, it's fine
