Defi Blue Racers don't require a central unit. Each gauge is standalone.

I have Stewart Warner, not cool but not $$$ either. They are accurate and reliable so far.

If you need a boost gauge also, I would go with the AEM tru-boost. If not, get a defi.

Zeitronix Zt-2 with the full works - best bang for the buck.

Whatever you choose.. dont ever go for PHANTOM.. i had this when i bought the car from the previous owner..

It shows the boost correctly, but damn.. its got the readings till a 100 psi!
