Man, that sucks. Where I come from i'm pretty sure you could claim that on insurance as the other driver's fault. At least you're not totally out, could be worse.

I have the same problem everyday on way to work.. hwy off ramp has 3 turning lanes to the left.. the lines are faded and im always on the inside and people always end up coming over in my side and i have to hit the brake or honk.

im from florida (im only 20, so my pops lives in miami, and my momma lives in jupiter) i live in virginia currently.

pops taught me to always keep a reserve stash of money in the bank for sh!tty days like today. plus i have a nice tax refund on the way along with my economic stimulus check.

now the question is... should i go with the JDM rear from the VII and VIII or, should i go with the JDM rear from the IX?

oh, and i dont want to get the insurance company involved, im not sure, but i think they might raise my rate just for making a claim, plus its a $500 deductable, and i'd have to file a police report, and its just too much hastle.

Unlucky... it is like one of the few occasion where you are nice to someone to let them be ahead of you and can't get a claim off the other driver because you were behind.
