___PICS UPDATED___I have searched about the adjusting motor from the usdm to the jdm mr headlights and I've heard both ways that they DO swap and they DON'T swap. Here are the pics from both, the motor cable doesn't convert because there isn't a gear on the jdm headlight. Please help.

 

Are you talking about the headlight leveler? If so they should be plug and play. I have the JDM EVO 8 MR headlights on my IX and the headlight levelers work just fine.

 

yes, the levelers but you can see in the pics that there isn't a gear for the cable.

Yeah the levelers only wor for the HIDS, i have the JDM 9's and the levelers still work

 

so they don't work for the high beams just the hids? The cable just moves them both at the same time?

 

I swapped the usdm projector into the jdm housing and the hids still adjust vertically.

This is without that cable attached to the gear.

The cable apparently is there to adjust the high beams at the same time.

 

The low beams are the HID bulbs. The high beams are a 9005 bulb which I believe is not connected to the headlight leveler.

 

lights installed and fog harness replaced, looks killer but the lights aim left for right hand drive, i'll get used to it

 

yeah that has been a problem for the JDM spec ****
