Yep. For those given conditions, at that time, those numbers were correct. This is the fastest published time I have seen for the Evo....by about 3 tenths.

BY those numbers i'm guessing there were correction factor Motortrend used which would of been accurate if the car was normally asperated 
We'll just my theory anyways. With a light driver I can see 13.2 being the fastest stock evo on a cold day but anything faster than that is hard to believe.
