Evo price check
Better than what what most of the people in the for sale forums here are asking.
But you have left out very specific details that would make the final determination on the cars value like some of the following.
Has it been in an accident...
Modifications
Abused/ Tracked/ Drag Raced etc..
Many other factors will determine the cars value.
Ultimately though the value is determined by what people like you are willing to pay. If you come to an enthusiasts site like this most people have an ulterior motive of keeping the value of their current cars artificially high. So take all advice for what it for what it is worth and always consider the source.

LOL @ everyone immediately saying it's a great deal!!

Before you jump to conclusions, I would do a background check on the car. As mentioned, was it in any accidents? Have you called Mitsu and had them run the VIN? Could be that that Evo is on it's 2nd clutch already or the T-case was replaced under warranty. Has it come in for any oil changes yet? Run a carfax? Has it previously been modded, then returned to stock?
Lots of questions to ask before assuming it's a great deal.

too me sounds too good to be true.
Are you kidding? An Evo in the hands of the wrong kid could through a clutch on the drive home from the dealership. I'm not saying it happens on a daily basis or Evo's are prone to that, but it all comes down to the previous owner.
