the ix mr has the o2 sensor on the cat itself. Its simple for a cat back install, just unbolt and install the new one. The bolts on the cat maybe very hard to get loose so spray with some penetrant or if that doesnt work start the car and get the exhaust real hot and they should come loose easy. ALso you may have to plug the o2 sensor hole on your new catback exhasut becasue most exhaust are made for the VIII which had the sensor on the pipe not the cat.
