driver side tail light issue

I've already searched the forum and looking for quick advise on how to determine where the short circuit may be coming from.

I have used a multimeter previously but want to know exactly how I should test my issue.

issue: my driver side parking lights are out. reverse and turn signal work fine

No mod changes

only thing that can be noted was the little hurricane that passed through.
when looking at one of the bulb holder things it looks fairly burnt.
The light will light up randomly while holding the bulbs upward. after putting in back into the housing it doesn't light up.

tested: I have verified with a fuse tester the fuse is fine. I have changed out the bulbs. so i have taken those out the equation. so either a short/relay box if it has one is f*cked. or bad bulb holder thingy.

You can try to find another tailight harness. I had the same issue a few months back the problem ended up being a bad harness.
