Leave those BOV for neons and wrx's... keep the stock metal one.
I like the RFL, so tell me: why should I keep the stock metal one?

The stock one works great at low and high boost, unlike the RFL and also wont stall out on u. If you dont want it to leak at high psi then it wont open properly at low boost. My car has seen 27+psi with no leaks. stock doesnt have to be adjusted with washers like the RFL and you dont need to rig something to cover the hole on the intake. just my .02c from owning turbo cars since 1999 and also for owning a turboxs, greddy type S and a stock evo MR BOV. I love the stock one and it can be "crushed" to hold 30+psi.

But in the end, if this is your first turbo car... you will love how loud it is, but it will get annoying soon. You'll see

I'm running 35psi with no leaks from the RFL, so no issue there. Also, I'm running speed density as opposed to a MAF sensor, so also no issue with full VTA. I'm using a 4" intake pipe with no recirc port, so I don't have to worry about rigging something to cover the hole. This isn't my first turbo car, and after 2 years of driving with this BOV, I'm not tired of it. So honestly, there is no reason for me to put on a stock BOV.

PS. No way the stocker would look as sexy as this:

your a tool
let the guy run what he wants

id like to see a stock bov hold his 35psi
my stock one couldnt even hold my 28psi when it was crushed.
people dont just get a bov for sound, at high boost you NEED to upgrade it. and with speed density, you want a VTA bov

I can understand it now since u r not using a MAF sensor. I think a tial would be a little nicer, but whatever floats your boat.
