That's not exactly true because I got the wing on my VIII replaced a few months ago and they sent an VIII wing. I thought I was going to get the IX one but didn't.

 

Try to look for an oem one in the buy/sell classified.

It's cheaper and you don't have to go through the process of having it paint match.

I got a VIII wing from another member here and had been happy about it.
