Anybody have any idea who can ship a hood for under $150 from 20147 to 11355? Cheapest I've found shipped from anybody is $200 and that's by taking it to the FedEx store. Picked up, they wanted $315 and UPS wanted stinken $554.61.

You're looking at some custom freight company. I'd email a vendor who sells CF hoods and ask how they ship. You're not going to get any luck with UPS/Fedex/USPS/DHL
