how many miles do you have? i'm at 106k on my 06 IX MR. i know i'm not the highest mileage EVO out there, but as far as i know, i was the first IX to hit 100k.

181,000 miles is the highest I've heard (RR Evo 8, 2003)

Guy in DC (Redcloud) had 181,000 miles on it before he was rear-ended in Oct, 07 by an old lady who fell asleep at the wheel of her GEO Tracker. Unbelievable.

Of course, that '03 evo is no more, so the next question is - who has the highest mileage evo that's still being driven?

77k on a fairly modded '03 Evo here. Still running like a scalded cat. Although in third gear at high rpm, the tcase sounds grainy when I let off the throttle. Is this the beginning of the end for my tcase?

it would be holding it's value well without the miles. i looked up the value on NADA and KBB about a month ago and with normal mileage it said the car was worth around 28k....with the miles, about 20-21k lol good thing i never planned on selling this car anyway. i'm gonna be like those guys who have EVO 1-6's that just keep them forever. I think the IX MR's gonna be a classic in the states. i think i'll likely have my EVO and my honda accord forever, no matter what other cars i buy.

I only have 71k on mine now but I just wanted to let everyone know that I plan on driving this car until it falls apart And then I will proceed to build it and make it go faster
