I know America First is pretty strict as far as what you can put on. They have a big disclaimer. I'm pretty sure naked pictures are prohibited. As well as copyrighted images (of course)

no, it is a CapitalOne gimmick. They use it to draw you in because... well... CapitalOne sucks and there is no reason anyone in their right mind would get one of their cards otherwise.
