2026: What Did You Do To Your Evo Today?
Just bought it on Thursday
Yesterday I installed a CD/MP3 player, removed a few bolts that have 70,000 miles of never-been-removed rust on them, retapped the holes and anti-siezed them, today I swapped the gauges to the top and the radio to the bottom, and put the boost gauge in the first hole instead of the last. Yesterday I ordered a cruise control kit from lancershop, so I'll be doing that next weekend.

Switched the car over to speed density today. Honestly, I think it is the single best mod I've ever done to the car. Drives so smooth now. I would recommend it to anybody. It was well worth a few hours of some frustration trying to get everything dialed in.
took the car to boost for boobies (map performance) awesome fundraiser for a great cause...****ty weather here 40* and rain lol...oh well the evos, sti's, srt4s and fellow imports were out in full though so it was good to see
I just bought my Evo and I'm trying to get it ready to pass a Texas State Inspection so I can get it registered. Today I got the front window tint redone from 5% to 35%, and I welded up my own 3" hi-flow bolt-in cat to replace the test pipe. Now all I need are some stock taillights (mine are smoked black [and will be for sale soon
]).

Oh yeah, plus I started the boost leak test process. I tested up to 10 psi and found the line where the boost gauge is tapped in is leaking really well. I need to find a larger diameter vacuum tee. Once I get that fixed I will continue testing.
