2026: What Did You Do To Your Evo Today?
Where in MN. are you located... I just picked up my WW GSR IX in Brooklyn Park and hauled it WAY up North to the Range...
I am just drooling over your JDM rear and tails... Next spring I'm doing the same, but going with VII tails... your car is stunning!
Got any more pictures taken, I'd really like to see MORE!?
Friday: Picked up my IV from SpeedFactory. Took the engine from the 1996 parts car and had it rebuilt and swapped in. Used Evo V 560cc injectors, new ACL bearings, Samco radiator hoses, the 96's transmission, a new clutch, and a tune. Plus I had them pull the AYC (my pump was dead so it was basically an open diff) and install a brand new Cusco 1.5 LSD.
Sunday: Took it for a Sunday morning drive, with a hill climb and major twisties. She drives like a whole new car! Gotta get used to the new pedal feel though. They changed it so the car is pedals are nowhere near as....twitchy.

Just went out and adjusted my clutch pedal after watching Jack's video. I had almost 3 full turns of travel left in the rod while still being able to push in the slave. Hoping she drives a little better tomorrow.
Oiled gas pedal
Changed oil
Replaced a badly worn out wheel bearing
The noise is gone finally!!! I swear it was slowing driving me crazy. It had gotten so bad it was making a rattling sound. I thought the lower mesh grill was loose and vibrating on the intercooler.
I had already wasted $120 by replacing the other side first. It made the noise when I loaded that wheel, so I thought that was the problem.
