Got my tail whooped.
Replaced the discharge hose so I can have cold air again.
Replaced leaking LF axle seal.
Replaced timing belts since I had new timing covers to install anyway.
Found drivers lower ball joint pinch bolt was beat to death, half the threads missing, and stacked with washers so that the nut would contact what threads were left. Awesome.
Couldn't torque the drive belt idler beyond 15 ft lbs, threads jacked up. Couldn't adequately clean them (helped to 20 ft lbs), drilled out the boss and put a helicoil in, managed to get 40 ft lbs out of it... doused it with loctite and called it good enough and came home for the night.

Replaced my HVAC gears with the revised set. Checked all balljoints up front in an effort to find my low speed clunk. Found huge threads on low speed clunk on here. Datalogged and confirmed that the reason my 2byte load didn't work is because I'm an idiot and changed the formula in EvoScan.

Today I replaced the driver front hub. Noise I was hearing is still present now I feel like an idiot as I have a sneaking suspicion that what I'm hearing is instead tire noise

After gaining a few more scars and bruises to myself, I installed a driver's side (RHD) rear hub with new wheel bearing and the damn noise is still there. Passenger side begins tomorrow.
