Need a Coin-Holder

Anyone have a good mod for putting in a coinholder? I have a bunch of change in my ashtray for tolls and it rattles so bad when I go over bumps (I have stiff coilovers)

I would love to put a coin holder in the pocket below my AC controls, but I can't find anything that will work there.

I loved the coin box that came stock on the 2003 Evo. On the 2006, it's not there. There's a false door that has the interior light dimmer switch attached to it in place. You see, on the 2003 (if I remember correctly), the fog light button was where the ACD switch is, the headlight adjust was where the fog light switch now is, and the interior light dimmer was where the headlight adjust now is. An easy fix for me was to just pop off the false door, take the dimmer switch out of it's bracket, zip tie it up under the dash set to the highest setting (never drive with the interior lights dimmed) and then replace the false door with the 2003 coin box.

In the pocket below the AC controls, put an Air Spencer.

The part number you need to order for the coin box is MR975089 and you place it here:

Yeah I might do that, but I am thinking because I have an aftermarket pocket below my ac controls I might try and make something work there. I looked on ebay cant find anything.

I put my quarters into a plastic 35 mm film canister, which I keep in the ashtray. Zero rattles.

Hard to find film canisters these days! I guess you could buy a roll of film, though.
