IMO
Ralliart is the best looking but is discontinued
Chargespeed doesn't fit the SE lip
APR readily available, and looks good

Ralliart is still made just that its a special order that could run up to 800-850 bucks. I'm also running 18x9.5 Work CR Kai's in black, JDM Rear w/ Voltex Diffuser

Ralliart (although if you have the JDP se carbon fibre I think it is almost identical to the ralliart) why are you changing lips?

I have the APR IX front end with the integrated air dam on my VIII.

So aside from opinions based on what they look like, I'll give you the skinny in real terms on the APR at least.

The body shop had to put about 6 hours of glasswork in to get it to look symetrical. The groove where the air dam begins and the bumper ends was only pronounced on the right side. On the left, it was almost not there and had to be built up and cut into the bumper.

The spray on the glass had probably 30 1mm air bubble pockets where the finisher hadn't taken the time to smooth it out proper. These had to be filled and sanded before primer. It also had small cracks from shipping that had to be repaired and several spots where the finished had gone too far down into the glass exposing the second layer. None of the spots went down to the glass itself but there was obviously too much taken off.

The upper piece at the hood latch area is not reinforced and would break if you leaned on it with even the slightest pressure. The grill it comes with is for lack of a better term, as ghetto as hell. It's basically chicken wire held on by wires which are glassed into the inside of the bumper.

So after about 14 hours of prep, 7 coats of primer with more flex in it than a powerhouse gym, 3 coats of paint, again with more flex added, it came out pretty good. The grill is in need of replacing badly as it looks terrible. I wished it was urethane rather than FRP as well. The body guy echoed that it was a major PITA to get installed proper.

When I got the bumper, I actually called APR and after formalities, I literally said "Are you dead serious with this chicken wire?". It originally looked so bad we were going to return it but one of the shop guys actually looked at it as a challenge and decided to make it right.

Just my .02 but I do actually have one so maybe it's a buck o' five then. If the bumper comes unpainted like mine did, I'd suggest knowing your body shop owner well and expecting a good 10 hours of prep and labor.
