when i start my car all the gauge lights flash and so do the headlights..it seems like theres a amplifier connected and pulling too much power but i dont have one any similar problems...

 

maybe you have a aftermarket alarm that someone did not fully uninstall and they just took out the horn thats why you cant hear anything but your lights are going off... look under the dash see what you find

 

no alarm to me it seems like a altornator problem but i already replaced it...its just all lights inside and out just flash like start dimming and getting brighter..it goes away after driving a little and when i park i rev up the engine and it flahses agian.....
