the flapping tire galore

hey guys so last night after i went for a little drive to break in my clutch i started to hear a flapping noise coming from under my right fender well. Note that my tires are completely bald and my new tires come in on monday. but any way i pulled over and i looked at my tire and i did not see a flat, i reached under the fender and felt the tire and felt a thin piece of rubber and part of the supporting wall. i ripped it off and then it happend 5 more times on the way home haha... what has happened to your evo in the past week

If the inside and outside of the tire is what is wearing, chances are your air pressure is too low.
