this is my 5th time in Vegas and I would say i'm about even or in the red overall for gambling and I won 1200 a couple years ago. Vegas wasn't built on winners!!
Guys, Liz and I are definitely going to make a trip up to ohio to hang out again sometime. We had a good time hanging out with you all in Las Vegas. I will just have to remember to feed David about two or three beers and let him go. Hell, who needs the Vegas Entertainment when you have DB.
We are back from the trip. Rolled into my house about 5 am Saturday morning, drove all day and night. Jeff had enough energy left to make the drive home 2.5 hours from my place. Eric and Tim crashed at my house.
I had a great time guys. My sincere thanks for giving me a relaxing, entertaining, enjoyable trip filled with good memories. I hope you guys feel the same way.
We had some rediculous conversations, intelligent conversations and some that were just from the heart. It was really a good time for me.
It was super nice seeing Tom and his awesome wife, Jim while we were in Indy for lunch and of course Tony and Liz.
The Grand Canyon was great, the hotel there El Tovar though is my favorite part for some reason, maybe the large fireplace that is always burning to warm you up when you get there. The beer stop along the road just to talk and relax was the most memorable part of the Canyon.
Just some good all around great times were had.
Thanks to all of you. Being gone from home was rough for me, missed my family as the three amigo's will tell everyone. haha. I've made up for the time I was gone 3 times with the wife since I got home, going for 4 here shortly
haha

I have a few pics I wanna share. Here is a shot of Vegas ontop the Stratosphere Hotel, 980+ ft down. Dave, Eric and Timmy were scared
So I took 1 of the strippers from the strip club down there. Acually she took me there and paid for everything so it worked out good cause the money I paided her at the club, she ended up paying me back

Car rental lot on the strip. Only $2900 a day and the 1st 100 miles are free

Here is a shot outside our room.

Sorry man I had to ya know I love yaThank you again, I am ready for next year already
looks like you had a blast!!!! So where in NM did you stay where you experienced the "sh**y" hotel room? If I knew that you were passing through, a bunch of us could have got together and planned a good evening for you guys with some excellent places to dine... Oh well next time.

I drove from Oki City to the room and was thinking WTF when we got to the room. We drove so much I was thinking Vegas didnt excist
Coming home was much faster
When we go on our EVO cruizes there is quite a bit of VERY beautiful country with awesome twisties, etc that we enjoy. But yes, the interstate that you took is terrible. Just remember that NM is much more than that long boring stretch right through the middle of the dessert.
By the way, why didn't you guys caravan in several EVOs instead of that gas-gussling truck?

Glad you had a good trip
