It looks good for a track car. Not a DD or anything of that sort though. Def get a compression test.

 

wow, that's a lot of miles for an 05... Definitely get a compression test done, but I would also make sure to look around for some better deals. I got my 06 Evo IX MR with only 3400 miles on it two months ago for $26k. I'm sure you can find an 05 non-MR for much cheaper and less mileage than that one
