i just installed a jdm rear bumper on my 03 evo and it turns out that my license plate light are out. I was just wondering if anyone knew an easier way to replace them or will i have to take off the whole bumper again to get to them? thanks

 

u can still unscrew the light covers to replace the bulbs without even taking off the bumper.
