theres a switch on the left side that you can make it brighter.

Even with the switch all the way up the lighting still dull compare to a lot of new cars out there.

there is a memeber he sell LED replacement bulbs for every single light in the car, it's kinda expensive, his name starts with "dafarmer"

It is dull compared to newer cars but it doesn't really bother me.

You can also pull the little rubbers off the bulbs themselves. Two of my bulbs went out so when I got the replacement bulbs I pulled off the rubbers and they are supper bright now.

I just sold a AC/Heater control panel that had the filters for the bulbs removed, the guy who put it in said it was so bright that it lit up his girlfriends face!!!!! I told him to send it back and I would give him his money back but he said it was cool. That kind of bright would bother me. Just my .02 worth.

i have my bulb cover off of all my dash lights. instead of a dull red is a semi dull orangish. Not a big enough difference to even bother with removal if your not going to put in leds. My hvac is also uncovered and isnt any brighter, just a diff tone of color. He must have a special unit. ^^^
