9 second club?

Can you include your self in a nine second club if you have never ran a nine in your car? Or does your car just have to run a nine?

I'm no expert on this stuff but I do think you have to run a 9 second quarter mile to be in the 9 second club.

Is that a trick question, just take the car to the track and see what it runs, you can't just guess if thats what you mean.

There just seems to be alot of people who are in "the nine second club" That have never ran a nine in there own car, but have had other people race there cars for them and get into the nines.

So is it the driver or the car that qualify one for the nine second club?

I think that's cheating a little but if that were the case, your car would be in the 9 second club and you would not be! hha

Who didnt run a 9 in their own car that says they did run a 9 in their own car??

it doesnt matter if the owner drove or not if the car went 9's and you own it then its in the 9 sec club.. I see what your getting at but its not going to get you anywhere... I would still like to hear what you have to say though.. You can always count on someone in the NW to have some hate in their heart.. LOL

IMO i don't think it matters if someone else drove the car, a lot of the faster cars have great drivers like Raceman, Trent, etc. The club is about finding out if the car is capable of running that time, not if the owner is good enough to shift.

If someone claims their car is a nine second car, but has never actually raced it at the track..i.e. having someone else race their car.. is pretty pathetic.

I was wondering more along the lines of is it the driver or the car that counts for the nine second club. My personal opinion is that you should have to drive your own car to be in a club like that. Anyone can spend money, that is not hard.

And as for you calling me out because i am in the NW all i can say is **** you. I have bought parts from you in the past, sent people your way, and have stuck up for you in arguments with TTP. But if you want to act like that because i live in the NW then you can go to hell.
