I got P0441 code and car is difficult to refill it means the gas handle keeps pooping off. I checked purge valv and it's good. I notice that gas tank expends and it make noise while driving. Anybody have dealer's repair manual with the schematic of evap system. Please need help, I also need inspection and car won't pass. Its a 03 evo. Thank you for any help
