What Gains Should I Get?

What gains should I get with the following mods:

Fujita F5 Intake w/ all ICP's
A'pexi full race exhaust w/ down pipe
HKS 272 intake & exhaust cams
Megan Racing Manifold
HKS Boost Controler
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
AMS FMIC
ECU Flash

What other mods will I need or should I get to reach 400hp?

EDIT:Would a Apexi AFC Neo Air Fuel Controller help me see gains and will it work without problems with th HKS EVC VI?

I wouldn't worry about getting the megan manifold seeing as though the gains would be the same as a ported stock manifold and it will eventually crack on you. Do you have 93 in Chicago? If so I would say that you would be in the 340 range on a dynojet.

Yes we have 93 in Chicago, the manifold is already installed in the vehicle. I am in Iraq right now and will return home soon. I want to get some ideas as to what type of gains im looking at.

if your looking for 400 on pump only, then a bigger turbo will be needed without question.

What should I run then? What is a good number to run on a stock turbo for the most possible gains?

would luv to u give u the magic number man but i really don't know myself , iam learning and benefiting from ur thread as well, but looking at some of the other set ups and dyno numbers on here , it seems like around 23psi is a safe range that would put u around 350whp based on a flash, intake, tbe, and some ic pipings.

On a stock turbo on 93 octane you can fairly high depending on the competency of your tuner. Just be sure that anything over 24-25 psi you install headstuds. I've seen evos on the stock turbo on 93 going up as far as 27 psi, maybe even higher. If you can, go E85; I'm currently tuned on E85 and on my stock IX turbo I'm making 425/400 at 29 psi.
