You could sell it for more than 13.5k. Get a professional detail, and put it up for 16k, maybe more. You might not sell it for that, but you should get more than you need to pay off the loan.

I suggest selling it and paying off the loan. An evo is a fun toy, but it ain't going to make you happy.
