Angry How much did you spend?

Bought my evo in March, and have been rallying for about 4 months. Realized that I have spent a lot just in repairs and vehicle maintanence. Rally is fun, but it just starts adding up.

Purchace Price (out the Door)? $36,000
Mods (Includes Off- Road Tires, gauges, suspension)? $3,000
Repairs? $6000 (Clutch, Intercooler, Body Work)
Insurance? $2500

Just wondering how much evo owners have spent on their car.

I don't know man... I just swipe my credit card and try to max it out. I will get my free round trip ticket soon. Got to ramp up those mileage faster.

$200 so far for mods
$800 more per year for insurance...

i could have get a z06 for 36k... so performance mods that cost
$$$ doesn't make much sense to me...

socal... decided not to spend that much money in order to keep

Actually.. out of door price is really not accurate when
judging if someone got a good deal or not...

Out of door price includes tax & lic fees that are different from
state to state.. Also, factory options could make price difference
of $1200...

So, it's best to post price you pay before tax and state the
options included in the car..

(Though... 36k out of door is still very very high regardless..

I was out the door for 32,400 with every option except the sunroof and 6disk changer. And I have spent about 1200 in mods so far but getting ready to drop another 1000 within the next month or two.
