harness bar

i received my harness bar from a member here. the hardware was lost during shipping.
anyone know what size bolt and spacer for the top of the harness?

Don't forget grade as well. Always class/grade 10 for seatbelts.
And If i remember correctly they are usually standard super fine thread, which is really hard to find at local fastener shops.
Atleast it was the same for my VW and buddies BMW.
