Im sure your tired of hearing check fuses but did you look at the ones on the actual terminals of the battery?

Are the battery terminals tight? lol.... But seriously the relay seems to fit this the best. My buddy popped one of his on his Evo 8 from plugging in the radio with the car on.

realistically, there would not be a relay that controls the turn signals AND the ignition. but, to put your mind at ease, swap relays with a known good one in your car. if that doesnt work, recheck fuses with a testlight. if you still have problems, you may have tapped into a wrong wire or something. time to get the wiring diagrams. good luck. or like dude said, could be a key issue.

thanks for all of the advice guys. i figured it out. if anyone ever comes across this problem it was the green 40 amp fuse in the engine bay. i checked the ones i could, and that one looked good. bridge and everything looked good but light never came on for it so i swapped it and BAM i got power. thanks again guys.
