Friday I got rear ended it damaged the trunk liner all the way to the strut tower broke the seam seals fubared the bumper and crash beam. Theres a small chance they will total it i kinda doubt it.. My question is what can i get for compensation for loose of value being it will no longer have matching vin numbers all the way around.

 

You would probably have to complain for that. I doubt that's something they see as important. Just complain until you get what you want, it's someone elses insurance.

 

oh yeah and never take the first offer

 

Won't really get anything unless there is frame damage, which which lower the value of the car and you should argue for money for that for sure.

 

I'll do my best on everything..

 

take a sledge hammer to it so they total it and buy a new one. They told me tuff luck.
