Hey guys I am new here and I am planning on purchasing an Evo 8 or 9. My previous car was a SRT-4 which I had at just over 400hp. I want to go with an Evo because I love the way the car looks and I want to have AWD. I am slowly reading through the forums to find some answers to my questions but I figured it couldn't hurt to post and see what your thoughts are.
My goal for the Evo I purchase is to reach 500hp on pump gas. I want to have the option to drive it daily even though I probably won't and also take it to the track. It seems that AMS is one of the best shops/companies to make parts and do tuning and I would be leaning towards their turbo kit. So my question is, what would be all of the things I need to make this goal happen? And how much would it all cost? I know there are a lot of things that are required (clutch, injectors, ems, turbo, exhaust...etc) but I'm trying to get a grasp of everything I need and what kind of financing it's going to take.
Any suggestions/tips/opinions/general tips you have please let me know.
