whats the stock psi for the evo VIII

i got a used evo 8 and its got a mbc. the boost was set to around 15psi. i looked it up and i got varying answers as to what was stock. also, whats the most psi i can run relitivly safely?

10-12 wastegate pressure, 19 at 3500 rpm then tapers to 16 around 6000 rpm. 22-26 is safe depending on tune. Most tune it around 22 psi on 93 octane.
