If you did it through paypal, a credit card, or something like that you usually can dispute the sale. Good luck though, this kind of crap should be grounds for a hanging...

I have filed a claim with paypal i also called credit card co.seller said he wrapped it up at shipping place thus the usps tape.if he doesnt do the right thing i will post his name.first off who the **** sends an item in retail box.its not protected.second who goes and wraps **** up at shipping place.before i could even ask what carrier he used and he said it was shipped usps.when i asked about insurance he didnt reply.he told me i didnt ask for insurance who in their right mind would send something that expensive without insurance.he didnt even give me a chance to even request insurance he said he shipped it already.he said he shipped it the 4/22 and the postage on box says 4/27.

Why, just post him name anyway. Obviously he's trying to **** you and may as well put it out there so other people know what to expect. You can't really "do the right then" after you ****ed someone. The right thing would have been to send the item the first time.

That was a dumb decision to ship it in that box. Anyone that came in contact with it can see what it is. That's why it's always a good idea to ship in a plain package. I hope it was an insured package and everything gets resolved quickly.
very observant, this could def be what happened

Yes that was what i first thought.but after analyzing situation things dont add up.dude says he shipped a certain day postage is post marked 5 days later.even after i said i would of like to ship with other carrier.dude never responded after i asked about insurance.also you would have to be a complete moron to ship something in that box.thus hes playing it off like postal worker stole it.also dudes name is not same a where paypal was sent plus box has another name on it.

Seems this dude thinks he found a sucker in you. At this point you might want to tell this **** sucker what you do for a living. Maybe then he will re think his next move.

If he is close by I am down for a road trip.
