Very true especially here in Louisiana.


I dont know If it was a prank. I know It wasnt done by anyone I would know all of my friends know that the possibility and risk of getting shot would far out weigh the little bit of laughter one would get.


If it is a prank I applaud the culprit for not doing it on a day such as April 1st instead picking the random day of May 3rd was ingenious.

I would consider myself intelligent but to be outsmarted by a crackhead!
