Is 500* enought for track use on brakes? I don't think it is.
I'm going to try and get that vht stuff today at pepboys. If anyone wants to make a guild on how to strip prep paint and cure please feel free, haha

 

The vht is good for 900F, that probably is the best bet.

 

if your really tracking your car that back I would really recommend you doing it at all lol because its gonna get messed up again, but its your choice again you might have to look into something better than ebay in your case. cuz im a daily drives GL

 

I got my decals today from the ebay link posted above. They are all the same size, I was really hoping that there would be smaller ones for the rears, but oh well. Just an fyi guys.

 

Hmm, didnt know that there was high temp stickers.. thats useful information i suppose.

I alway heard that you had to get the stencil and paint them on because the stickers would melt under the braking heat.

 

yeah when you order the high temp ones also mention the sizes that you want cuz the rears are smaller than the front so just tell them that you want them for evo 8 and they will send you the right size

 

****, just went to pepboys and autozone, all they had was this duplicolor bs for 500*. I bought it anyways incase I want to try it but im just going to return it. Nobody in my area has the stuff I need for the calipers, imma have to order off vhts site. I did however get the VTH nightshades for the side markers

 

I just ordered my Decals as well.Im going to try and find that stuff cal tal-strip it takes paint right off and then I will clean and sand to make smooth and then re-paint.
