what about an antenna submerged underneath the body of the car? (under roof, etc.)

I had an accord which came stock with no visible antenna. radio worked beautifully

 

i noticed the stock antenna just screws out. the only problem is that the bmw sharkfin is still there, but a vortex generator would give the illusion of a clean top look. the old chevys were a blast, had one before this, but the antenna in front would probably still give the impression of an rc car. but if you really want radio and now antenna, unscrew the antenna, get a vortex genarator, and get any type of satelite radio, they come with their own antenna that is usually flat that sticks like a suction cup on the inside. or outside.(real sleek) then you get sleek and sexy, along with no commercials, and another electronic gadget to play with that matches all our other gadgets . so when someone gets in for the first time, your can con them into believeing your going back in time. lol

 

Hey guys I really wanted to see what it was gonna look like so I googled a picture of a wingless and photo shopped it.

 

that just kills the clean look of wingless trunk

 

ah, i still think it looks hot. still gonna go through with it, ill post pics when im done.

Based on the photoshop, that is a very odd look. Bordering on muscle car retro. I'm not digging it personally, but to each his own.

 

waste of money and looks like crap.. what you gunna do with the antenna assembly on the roof.. run 2 antennas.. now thats just plain ricey

 

Maybe someone can photoshop that same picture with a white sharkfin style antenna in that same spot. Might look better.
