I just picked up an 05 MR, and the fog lights do not work in any of the lighting modes, and the switch's light wont light up, so hopefully that is just a plug off behind the dash,

I also have issues with my driver tail light, the brake light works fine, but the running light does not illuminate at all, the previous owner replaced the bulb a few times and they kept burning out. He then swapped in a 15 amp fuse and that has also since burned out. I have yet to really begin troubleshooting this but I will be scanning the wiring diagrams and tracing the wiring.. Any suggestions are VERY welcome!


I have one ticket already for burnt out tail light and don't want anymore.

 

that sucks, just get a wiring diagram and a multimenter and start shooting wires for shorts. gl

 

Ya that's the plan, I was hoping there was some common issue regarding this but oh well, time to poke around.
