moonroof rust?

moonroof rust?
Ok,
So I was wondering.. since I've read my warranty guide like 3 times trying to figure this out.
my moonroof frame has rust..It has it in the 4 corners, and part of it is pushing up the rubber surround.
Is this covered by the 7 year warranty against corosion?
I mean, it's a body panel, right? the roof? AND.. I can say for sure that it's a preferated hole, since there is rust both above, and below.
I will take some pics tomorrow, when there is light, but I'd like some opinions please.

Unless the rust has PENETRATED a panel they will not do anything.

okay, so my camera had no battery.. and the phone pics came out real crappy.
but parts of the frame have completely rusted away. I did some "fixes" to kill off the rust, but I will need a new frame. My biggest fear, is that I can only get the whole thing as an assembly, and not just the frame.
so if any of you guys have a moonroof seal that is starting to warp, or come up a little, then it's probably rust, and not heat.
