OVerboosting with very little throttle input
I believe its my HKS EVC VI. Problem is Ididn't install it (previous owner did).....I think he reversed the vacuum lines but I don't want to un-necessarily reverse engineer the entire thing.
Would anyone with experience know what this might be so I can get a few suggestions and not have to take the entire thing off.
